I love these vitamins!

These vitamins are great, I'm so glad I restarted my subscription. They taste good and they benefit my hair and my skin. THEY WORK!

I used to have ridged nails. This is no longer an issue! Be consistent with taking them and you will see results. It's not hard since they taste so good! I have to stop myself from eating more than the recommended 2 pieces lol!
