Clean can mean a lot of things and this is what it means for us. Our bites are made with sustainably sourced, minimally processed plant based ingredients that are free of artificial flavors and dyes, sugar alcohols, and refined sugar. Everything is organic, non GMO, and fair trade.
Yes, our bites are certified organic and all of our ingredients are non GMO. This means nothing was grown with synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, genetic modification, irradiation, or sewage sludge.
Yes, our premium cocoa comes from fair trade chocolate farms in Brazil.
Yes, our bites are manufactured in a certified gluten free facility with strict standards and independent third party testing.
Glow Bites contain ceramides derived from wheat, which undergo an extraction and purification process that completely eliminates gluten. However, if you have a severe wheat allergy we advise against eating Glow Bites.
Yes. Our bites are made with 100% plant based ingredients—some of which are alternatives to ones commonly animal derived—making Sourse a great option for vegans and vegetarians. While we don’t add any dairy, we do manufacture in a shared facility. If you have a severe milk allergy we advise against eating Sourse.
Yes, our bites are good for anyone on a ketogenic or low carb diet. Each serving of two bites has just 2 g sugar and 2 g carbs.
Yes, our bites are manufactured in a certified kosher facility with strict standards and routine testing by OK Kosher experts. We can be independently verified here.
Our bites are free of nuts, however, we do manufacture in a shared facility. If you have a severe nut allergy we advise against eating Sourse.
Our bites are formulated for non pregnant/breastfeeding adults. We recommend consulting with a healthcare practitioner first.
Our bites are made in California and all ingredients, except our cocoa, come from US suppliers.
We recommend sealing your bites and storing them in a cool, dry place that’s below 75 degrees to prevent melting. Refrigeration optional, but not necessary.
Our bites have an 18 month shelf life. You can find the expiration date on the back of each pouch.

Packaging
We use 30% post consumer recycled (PCR) content for each pouch and most material, including the packaging your order comes in, is recyclable. The only thing that isn’t recyclable is the compostable insulation that keeps your order fresh.
We use quick shipping based on your location and compostable insulation to keep everything fresh. When you receive your order, unpack it right away and store your bites in a cool, dry place that’s below 75 degrees.
Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within the US only. We hope to expand soon so check back for updates or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Once your order is placed, we’ll process it within 1 business day. We offer free standard shipping (5-7 days) and $15 expedited shipping (2 days).
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If tracking isn’t available yet, give it 24 hours to update.
If anything is wrong with your order or it’s marked delivered but you don’t see it, email us right away at chat@trysourse.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.
If you’re not happy with your bites for any reason, email us at chat@trysourse.com. We’ll help arrange a return for any unused portion of the product and refund your purchase in full.
Subscription
We offer subscriptions to support you on your well being journey without interruption. Subscriptions ship monthly or every 2 months. There’s no minimum commitment and you can cancel at any time.
To add or remove products in an existing subscription, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the subscription you’d like to update.
To add, edit, or delete a shipping address, go to Account > My Addresses. If you’re adding a new address for your next shipment, be sure to set it as your default address.
To add or edit a card, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions. If you’re adding a new card for your next shipment, be sure to set it as your default card.
To update your shipping date, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the subscription you’d like to update. You can also skip an upcoming order by clicking Skip.
Subscriptions are billed every 30 days on your shipping date. To see your shipping date, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions.
To cancel your subscription, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions under your account and click Edit to the right of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
To restart your subscription, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions under your account and click Edit to the right of the subscription you’d like to resume.
