Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Sourse risk-free. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Sourse.

To request a refund, please contact chat@trysourse.com with your order number.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Sourse, less $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancelations

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
