An essential nutrient that metabolizes energy, creates red blood cells, and helps make DNA. Methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring and active form of B12.

Chocolate is a whole food with tons of health benefits. Flavonoids are a potent source of antioxidants, fighting inflammatory free radicals and improving cognitive function and mood. Vitamins and minerals like calcium and magnesium help repair and renew skin.
Chocolate’s prebiotic nature also makes it an excellent delivery system for vitamins by boosting beneficial bacteria in the gut. The more good microbes, the better the body absorbs nutrients.
I hate taking vitamins but I love chocolate! This solves all my problems. I now love taking my B12!
Love the taste, convenience and results. More energy and as a vegetarian, the B12 boost is extra peace of mind.
I like the taste of this chocolate and it includes the activated vitamin B12 which I usually used to boost my low energy, I would say it is a bit saturated and I sometimes reduce to use one piece at a time. The other factor is the amount of sugar in it that should be considered.
I enjoy eating chocolate and sweets, but try not to indulge because I tend to over do it. These are perfect to satisfy my sweet tooth and I feel better knowing they are providing more than one type of nourishment.
